These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website magnesium.herbaleastore.com and the purchase of products from Herbaléa Naturals Ltd (“HERBALÉA”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. Our products are food supplements intended for adults.
3. Products & descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, dosage and benefits. Product images are for illustration only and packaging may vary slightly. Claims about supplements relate to general wellbeing and are not medical advice. Always read the label and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
4. Orders & contract formation
- When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch your goods.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the price was clearly incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any amount already paid.
- You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact details.
5. Prices & payment
- All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We accept Pay Now (card and supported wallets) and, where available, Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Promotional prices and bundle offers (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1 Free) are valid while displayed and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal & returns
If you are a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, and we additionally offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Full details, conditions and the returns process are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site (text, images, logos, the HERBALÉA name) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including your statutory consumer rights). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and, where applicable, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence in the EU. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
